After thinking about the Norway grad school option for a few weeks, we felt that we couldn't make a decision until we had visited Norway again to learn more about the program and life in Oslo. About a week and a half ago we finalized our plans and here we are starting our European trip in London!
The past couple of weeks went by like a whirlwind as I tried to finish piecing Nicola and Matt's quilt, clean the house so it would be tidy when we get back from the trip, pack, and get ready for Nicola's first bridal shower which was this past Sunday.
The trip over to London was uneventful apart from a rough landing due to the breezes around London. Last night we had an excellent dinner out and then went to The Sleeping Beauty ballet at Covent Garden. It was so lovely!
Unfortunately we then slept through most of the day Monday but hopefully we'll get to do something fun this evening.
